When should we arrive at the gates?
The Emporium operates on a delicate clock. To preserve the sanctuary for all, the doors are locked precisely at 8:00 PM. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to settle in; once the gates are closed, the performance has begun, and we cannot admit late travelers.
Is there a specific dress code?
We believe our guests are part of the scenery. To maintain the elegance of the evening, we invite you to 'dress for the occasion.' While comfort is key, an air of sophistication helps bridge the gap between the ordinary world and the wonders within.
Are children welcome to witness the magic?
The Wonder Emporium is an experience designed for a mature sensibility. The performance requires a level of quiet focus and a 70-minute attention span. As such, we generally welcome guests aged 12 and above.
Is food or alcohol served within?
To ensure your senses remain sharp for the impossible, we do not serve spirits. However, a complimentary bottle of water awaits you upon your arrival to keep you refreshed.
Where shall we tether our carriages?
The Emporium is nestled within a quiet residential quarter where street parking is available. Detailed instructions and a map of the surrounding area will be sent to your inbox on the day of your performance.
Is the Emporium accessible to all?
While we lack modern ramps and our facilities are of a traditional, standard width (820mm), we strive to be as accommodating as the architecture allows. Please notify the Keeper of the Threshold of any mobility requirements in advance.
What is the policy on refunds?
Because each evening is strictly limited to a Fellowship of Twenty, every seat is vital. Consequently, all invitations are final. Should you be unable to attend, you are welcome to pass your Token of Entry to a friend.
